What you'll do:

As a Senior Backend Engineer, your primary responsibility will be developing secure and scalable backend systems that can cater to millions of global users. You will implement high-quality coding standards to ensure the delivery of readable, stable, and maintainable systems. Your role will involve working closely with teammates through code review, regular sharing sessions, and project retrospectives. You will also be tasked with analyzing requirements wisely and solving difficult problems across the stack. Additionally, you will conduct technical research and propose pragmatic ways to improve the tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives. Lastly, you will follow and constantly improve the development process.

• Develop secure and scalable backend systems to serve millions of global users
• Implement high-quality coding standards for readable, stable, and maintainable systems

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Backend Engineer position is proficient in the Go development language with rich experience in development, debugging and performance optimization. They should understand container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with Git/GitHub/Copilot usage is essential along with proficiency in Mysql, Postgres, Redis, and Kafka. Experience with other NoSQL is preferred. The candidate should be familiar with blockchain related technologies such as EVM, BTC, Solana, Cosmos, Sui chains ecosystem etc. They should have strong team awareness, communication skills, and ownership. A good learning ability and mindset are essential along with excellent communication skills (English as the working language).
