• Lead and optimize internal operations across non-engineering teams

What you bring:

• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting IPO processes (NASDAQ experience is a strong plus)
• Strong understanding of compliance, investor relations, and corporate governance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
