CFO

Our client is looking for a CFO with extensive IPO experience, a keen eye for investment and M&A (M&A), and a solid financial background from a Big 4 accounting firm or consulting firm. This is a great opportunity for you to make an impact and drive business growth at the world's top companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall IPO strategy, planning fundraising, equity structure, capital formation, leading the company's investment and M&A strategies, analyzing market opportunities and locking potential targets
• Establishing and implementing financial budgets, financial forecasts and capital scheduling strategies, optimizing financial structure, improving the efficiency of capital use.
• Establishing and implementing internal control and internal audit systems, ensuring compliance and financial transparency and being responsible for and communicating with investors.
• Communication and relationship maintenance between the board of directors, financial institutions and external advisors

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Big Four accounting firms or consulting firms
• CFO or senior financial executives in the industry
• Complete IPO experience, understanding of listing regulations and procedures
• M&A (investment and M&A) experience, familiar with due diligence, financial modeling, transaction structure design
• language ability: fluent in Chinese and English, able to deal with international investment institutions
