Battery Gauge FAE/AE

About the Role: We are seeking a Battery Gauge FAE/AE to join our team in New Taipei City. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with experienced innovators and business leaders, dedicated to improving efficiency and conserving energy. You will actively engage with customers, promote advanced battery gauge solutions for laptop battery modules, and work closely with the Application Engineering team to resolve technical challenges. What You'll Do: * Engage directly with customers to promote new battery gauge solutions for laptop battery modules. * Collaborate with the Application Engineering team to address and resolve customer technical issues. * Provide feedback on customer specification requirements to internal teams. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to enhance product competitiveness and drive business cooperation. * Work independently in New Taipei City while coordinating closely with regional AE teams.

What You Bring:

• 5–10 years of experience in laptop battery module development.
• A background in Battery Management IC or battery gauge solutions is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with both customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with cross-regional teams.
• A degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English or the local language is required.
