Production Planning & Control Manager (桃園或台北皆可)

A manufacturing organisation seeks a Production Planning & Control Manager in Taiwan to build integrated scheduling and inventory processes from scratch, improving production flexibility, coordination, and responsiveness.

Key responsibilities:

As Production Planning and Control Manager, you will lead cross-site scheduling and inventory management transformation to strengthen resource integration, operational efficiency, and supply chain responsiveness.

• Lead the establishment of cross-site production scheduling and inventory management systems, standardising processes and integrating resources across sites
• Design end-to-end scheduling and inventory management frameworks from scratch and drive implementation of ERP or related system tools to improve efficiency and information transparency
• Coordinate supplier production schedules across sites, monitor delivery performance, and implement contingency solutions for delays or operational anomalies
• Oversee warehouse management and inventory accuracy while regularly reviewing and optimising processes, strategies, and execution methods based on business needs
• Maintain effective communication with international clients and suppliers, ensuring timely issue resolution, while supporting team training and knowledge sharing to strengthen organisational

Candidate profile:

• 8+ years’ experience in production management, PMC, and related production operations, with strong practical experience
• Hands-on experience building scheduling or inventory management systems from scratch, including ERP implementation and standardised inventory mechanism design
• Cross-departmental coordination experience, with strong teamwork and resource integration capabilities; fluent English for international client and supplier communication
• Skilled in system design, process planning, new system/tool implementation, warehouse management, inventory data optimisation, and warehouse process improvement
• Strong problem-solving skills for delivery delays or abnormalities, with the ability to develop contingency plans; willing to share knowledge and support team growth, with training experience preferred
