Operations & Supply Chain Manager

A leading global manufacturer seeks an Operations and Supply Chain Manager in Taiwan to optimise end-to-end supply chain operations, drive operational excellence, and enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end operations and supply chain management across demand planning, inventory, logistics, warehousing, customer service, and after-sales operations
• Drive S&OP and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Regional teams to ensure product availability and support business growth
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, including product launches, phase-in/phase-out planning, and inventory optimisation to maximise operational efficiency
• Champion continuous improvement across logistics, forecasting, on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction while achieving operational KPIs
• Establish supply chain governance through SOPs, KPI frameworks, performance reporting, and compliance standards that drive accountability and operational excellence
• Manage customer service, after-sales operations, and external partners, including 3PLs and vendors, to deliver high-quality, cost-effective supply chain performance

Candidate profile:

• 8–10+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management within multinational Consumer Goods, FMCG, or Retail organisations, including 3+ years of people leadership
• Expertise in end-to-end supply chain management, including S&OP, demand planning, inventory optimisation, logistics, warehousing, distribution, customer service, and after-sales operations
• Proven experience managing 3PLs, external vendors, and service partners, with strong contract negotiation and supplier performance management skills
• Track record of improving operational performance through process optimisation, cost efficiency, forecast accuracy, inventory management, on-time delivery, and customer service excellence
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Regional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, with fluency in Mandarin and English
