Supply Chain Specialist/Supervisor

A leading international organisation in Taipei is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist or Supervisor to ensure seamless product flow across borders while supporting local market growth and global supply chain excellence.

Key responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain Specialist or Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient logistics and inventory management while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

  • Consolidate and present product supply and international logistics updates in monthly HQ meetings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Utilise advanced Excel and SAP (Hong Kong system) to analyse data, generate reports, and maintain updated demand forecasts for the Taiwan market
  • Monitor inventory in real time, coordinate replenishment and shipments, and oversee customs clearance to ensure seamless product flow
  • Plan materials and production schedules to align supply with market demand and support channel expansion
  • Manage 3PL/4PL partners, including vendor coordination, warehouse audits, inventory counts, and contract negotiations
  • Oversee logistics, warehousing, and processing budgets while handling complex distributor orders and maintaining accurate sales and inventory data for cross-functional support

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you will bring technical expertise in supply chain management alongside strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration; associate’s degree also considered
  • Intermediate proficiency in English for daily cross-border communication
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics management or supply chain operations
  • Proficiency in SAP systems for demand forecasting and inventory management is highly desirable
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and trend monitoring are essential
  • Demonstrates strong cross-functional communication and coordination, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results efficiently under tight deadlines
