Procurement Senior Specialist / Manager (Fully Remote)

A leading technology manufacturer is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist / Manager to strengthen supplier performance and procurement operations supporting its Taiwan business.

Join an international environment where you’ll work across Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance and Supply Chain to keep production moving and improve cost, quality and delivery outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement for mechanical, electrical and manufacturing components
• Source and evaluate suppliers, manage RFQs and negotiate pricing, lead times and payment terms
• Manage supplier relationships and support improvements across cost, quality and delivery
• Partner with Engineering on BOMs, specifications, substitutions and new components
• Coordinate with Manufacturing and Planning to anticipate shortages and support production continuity
• Identify cost reduction opportunities, alternative sources and supplier development initiatives
• Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules and purchasing information through ERP
• Collaborate with U.S.-based teams and international suppliers across different time zones

Candidate profile:

• 5+ years’ procurement or purchasing experience
• Strong supplier management, sourcing and negotiation experience
• Experience with mechanical and electrical components, BOMs and technical specifications
• Manufacturing, semiconductor, robotics or automation experience preferred
• ERP and Microsoft Excel experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently
• Fluent Mandarin and good English communication skills
