Indirect Procurement Supervisor

A leading beauty and cosmetics firm seeks an Indirect Procurement Supervisor in Taiwan to strengthen procurement governance, optimise costs, and advance ESG initiatives, driving operational efficiency and regional collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

As an Indirect Procurement Supervisor, you will lead procurement strategy and operations, strengthen supplier and sustainability management, ensure governance and compliance, and drive cross functional and regional collaboration to improve cost efficiency, resilience, and organisational performance

• Lead company-wide indirect procurement strategy and supplier consolidation to achieve economies of scale and annual cost savings
• Own regional procurement alignment, representing Taiwan in RHQ meetings and coordinating with Japan headquarters on sustainability performance and supply risk management
• Oversee annual procurement request reviews, supplier relationships, contract compliance, service quality, and supply chain resilience while ensuring policy compliance
• Drive sustainable procurement through EcoVadis, develop procurement SOPs across marketing, IT, finance, legal, and other functions, and improve internal process efficiency
• Strengthen strategic supplier partnerships and cross-functional collaboration, using SAP and data analysis to improve decision-making and drive overall organisational performance

Candidate profile:

• 3–5 years’ indirect procurement management experience; marketing procurement experience, including department store cosmetics counters, is a plus
• Proficient in SAP and digital procurement systems to support work efficiency and data transparency
• Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, supply chain management, procurement, finance, or related fields; master’s degree is a plus
• Multinational or regional/global HQ experience preferred, with strong English communication skills and adaptability in multicultural environments
• Strong strategic procurement, supplier management, negotiation, governance, internal controls, SOP development, ESG sustainable procurement, supply chain risk management, and cross-functional coordination skills; proactive, responsible, and committed to continuous learning
