Procurement Manager

A leading food and beverage organisation seeks a Procurement Manager in Taiwan to transform procurement operations by leading strategic sourcing and delivering sustainable business value.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement and category strategies aligned with local, regional, and global business priorities to maximise value and operational performance
• Lead end-to-end sourcing across direct and indirect spend, driving cost optimisation, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and sustainable procurement outcomes
• Deliver savings, productivity, and risk management initiatives through market analysis, spend insights, supplier performance management, and supply continuity planning
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide strategic procurement expertise, support budgeting, and ensure effective execution of sourcing initiatives
• Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team while driving governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across procurement operations

Candidate profile:

• Proven procurement experience within FMCG, food & beverage manufacturing, or similar industries, managing both direct materials and indirect spend categories
• Experience using procurement or ERP platforms such as SAP or JDE, with strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and category management practices
• Background working in multinational or matrix organisations, with experience leading teams and collaborating across regional and global stakeholders
• Strong commercial, analytical, supplier management, and contract negotiation skills, with a track record of delivering savings and managing procurement risks
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and build strategic supplier partnerships
