Logistics Manager, Luxury

A leading luxury retail business seeks a Logistics Manager in Taiwan to oversee logistics operations, driving service quality, cost efficiency and supply chain performance across a premium retail environment.

Take ownership of logistics strategy, vendor partnerships and regulatory readiness, working with local, regional and central stakeholders to strengthen operations that directly support retail performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead logistics, transportation, warehousing and inventory operations, ensuring quality, accuracy and timely delivery
• Manage third-party logistics partners, vendor reviews and supplier relationships to ensure reliable retail support
• Analyse logistics costs and performance to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities
• Monitor customs regulations and plan proactively for changes that may impact the business
• Partner with Business, Regional and Central teams to align logistics priorities with wider objectives
• Coordinate logistics budgets and forecasts with Finance, ensuring cost control and supporting procurement decisions

Candidate profile:

• 10+ years’ experience in finance management and/or multi-functional management
• Retail industry experience preferred
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
• Proven leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented and able to make critical decisions under pressure
