Customer Service Manager

A global healthcare manufacturer seeks a Customer Service Manager in Taiwan to transform customer operations, elevate service excellence, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the Taiwan Customer Service team to deliver service excellence, operational performance, and sustainable business growth through strategic leadership and talent development
  • Drive customer service transformation by optimising end-to-end processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, visibility, and customer experience across all sales channels
  • Own Order-to-Cash (OTC) requirements for ERP projects, ensuring successful review, implementation, and roll-out of system upgrades
  • Manage key customer relationships by resolving complaints/issues, analysing feedback, and driving cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Distribution, Finance, and QA teams
  • Champion NPS initiatives by translating customer insights into actionable improvement plans that strengthen service quality and long-term business growth
  • Build a high-performing organisation by fostering continuous improvement, coaching team members, and implementing innovative approaches to meet evolving customer needs

Candidate profile:

  • 10–15 years’ experience in healthcare or medical devices, with proven leadership in customer service, change management, and organisational effectiveness
  • Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP, SAGE, Oracle) and hands-on experience leading or participating in ERP upgrade projects
  • Exposure to customer-focused environments managing complaints, complex issues, order fulfilment processes, and evolving business needs
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset to optimise processes, interpret data trends, and drive business planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and web-based applications; knowledge of supply chain/logistics is a plus
