Logistics Manager

A leading FMCG company seeks a Logistics Manager in Taiwan to optimise supply chain operations, enhance delivery performance, and drive operational excellence to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end 3PL and logistics operations, managing service providers, SLAs, contracts, and KPIs to ensure reliable warehousing and transportation performance
• Drive supply chain cost optimisation through cost planning, tender management, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead inventory control and visibility processes, ensuring stock accuracy, product age management, and compliance with supply chain standards
• Oversee branded asset operations, managing order fulfilment, system processes, delivery quality, maintenance, and service excellence
• Optimise customer supply chain partnerships, collaborating with key stakeholders to resolve logistics challenges and support business growth
• Enhance supply chain governance, reporting, and processes through audit support, standardisation, and operational improvements

Candidate profile:

• 5+ years’ experience in logistics or warehousing management, preferably within an FMCG environment
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, supporting logistics operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources and deliver actionable insights
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of building effective relationships with internal and external partners
• A continuous improvement mindset, with the initiative to implement best practices, optimise processes, and drive operational excellence
• Detail-oriented and results-driven, with strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
