Operations General Manager

A logistics and supply chain organisation seeks an Operations General Manager to lead multi-site operations across approximately 10 locations in either North or South Taiwan.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead multi-site operations across approximately 10 locations in either North or South Taiwan, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and business performance
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, customer experience, and site performance
• Lead, coach, and develop site management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives, resolve operational challenges, and support regional business growth

Candidate profile:

• Proven experience in site operations, regional operations, or multi-site management within a service, retail, logistics, facilities management, or related industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, improve business performance, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence across all organisational levels
• Highly organised and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
