Senior Customer Service Representative (B2B)

A growing international company seeks a Senior B2B Customer Service Representative to manage client coordination and ensure accurate order processing, including quotations, shipping, and documentation.

Key responsibilities:

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will manage orders end-to-end, coordinate with the U.S. factory and internal teams, and handle customer inquiries and documentation.

  • Prepare quotations and process customer orders. Review order terms according to company guidelines, monitor order progress, prepare shipping documents and required certificates, arrange deliveries, and manage follow-up activities to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Track order status and coordinate shipment schedules, delivery documentation, and post-delivery follow-up
  • Liaise with the U.S. manufacturing team on product quotations, expedite orders, monitor purchase orders, and follow up on weekly delivery schedules
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing service-oriented support and assisting with customer needs within the scope of the role
  • Support business operations and complete other duties assigned by management

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring customer service/order management experience, strong office and Chinese typing skills, English communication ability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Minimum 2 years' work experience; college diploma or bachelor’s degree (any major)
  • Intermediate English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP system
  • Fast Chinese typing (100–125 WPM) with strong data entry and document handling skills
  • Experience in customer service, order management, or sales support preferred
  • Strong cross-functional coordination, communication, and customer-first service mindset
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning and development
