Logistics Sr. Specialist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Logistics Specialist to join a well-established organisation in Taipei, Taiwan.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented logistics professional with experience in warehouse coordination, container receiving, inventory management, and vendor invoice processing within a collaborative and supportive environment. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient logistics operations, compliance, and process optimisation while contributing to a positive and team-oriented workplace culture.
Key responsibilities:
Support end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient coordination of inbound shipments, packaging materials, inventory records, and vendor invoice processes while maintaining compliance with internal procedures.
- Coordinate inbound container receiving, including delivery scheduling, warehouse bookings, and shipment status tracking
- Monitor inbound logistics activities and promptly escalate delays, discrepancies, or operational issues
- Support rework operations such as repacking, relabelling, and other processing activities to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate processing schedules and monitor execution progress to maintain operational efficiency
- Consolidate packaging material requirements, prepare purchase requests, and support procurement activities
- Maintain accurate packaging inventory records and assist with stock control management
- Prepare disposal and scrap application documentation, support internal approval workflows, and maintain audit-ready records
- Coordinate vendor invoice processing by verifying quotations, contracts, and service records to ensure payment accuracy
Candidate profile:
The successful candidate will bring strong logistics operations and warehouse coordination experience, with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, container receiving, or supply chain coordination within a structured operational environment
- Strong ability to manage rework activities, packaging material procurement, inventory tracking, and accurate documentation simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail when handling disposal applications, audit records, vendor invoice verification, and compliance documentation
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across vendors, warehouse teams, and internal departments
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, invoice processing tools, and continuous process improvement initiatives is highly advantageous
