Operation Excellence Team Lead
A logistics organisation seeks an Operations Excellence Team Lead to drive warehouse transformation in Taiwan through process, ERP, and inventory optimisation with cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities:
As an Operations Excellence Team Lead, you will drive warehouse process and ERP optimisation, oversee inventory and reporting, and lead continuous improvement, EHS, and cross-functional coordination.
- Maintain ERP master data (SKU, lots, expiry dates, bin assignments) and resolve system issues during warehouse operations
- Coordinate with planners and act as key liaison with 3PL partners to ensure accurate shipment and process alignment
- Reconcile inventory between internal ERP and 3PL systems to ensure end-to-end stock accuracy
- Generate daily operational reports (inbound/outbound, inventory, fulfillment) and support data analysis for logistics management
- Cross-check outbound transactions with SAP orders and ensure operational data consistency
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, cost-saving projects, and warehouse expansion (layout, space, storage)
- Manage EHS planning and handle internal operational payments and ERP coordination with Global IT
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring warehousing/logistics experience, ERP/WMS (e.g., SAP) knowledge, 3PL exposure, strong communication skills, and a detail-focused approach to operations and compliance.
- College degree or above with 3+ years’ warehouse operations experience
- Experience in receiving, customs coordination, or 3PL management preferred
- Proficient in WMS, SAP, and basic Excel reporting tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
