  • Drive the consensus demand planning process with Sales and Marketing, improving forecast accuracy and addressing demand variances and root causes
  • Manage finished goods, raw material and packaging inventory, proactively identifying stock-out, excess and ageing risks and driving solutions
  • Develop purchasing and replenishment plans and partner with Procurement to support material availability and on-time delivery
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to monitor production plans, manage supply exceptions and maintain product availability
  • Influence commercial and supply decisions across product launches, portfolio changes, rationalisation and promotional activities
  • Analyse demand and supply KPIs, including forecast accuracy, bias, inventory levels and ageing, and translate insights into continuous improvement actions

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Management or a related field
  • 5+ years’ professional experience, with at least 3 years in Demand Planning; FMCG experience is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn planning data into actionable decisions
  • Proven experience working effectively across commercial and supply chain functions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
  • Good English proficiency and strong Excel skills
