Demand & Supply Planner
A global organisation seeks a Demand and Supply Planner to manage end-to-end supply planning, drive cross-functional collaboration, and support business performance in Taiwan.
Key responsibilities:
As a Demand and Supply Planner, you will manage demand and supply planning, optimise inventory, and collaborate across teams to support business goals.
- Drive demand planning alignment with Sales and Marketing to ensure accurate forecasts and realistic demand plans
- Monitor and improve Demand Planning Accuracy (DPA) and bias through analysis and corrective actions
- Develop supply and production plans considering capacity, labour, materials, and inventory policies
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely production and material delivery
- Manage long-term supply planning and capacity reviews to address overcapacity or shortages
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and aging risk mitigation for finished goods and materials
- Identify supply risks, support product launches and promotions, and maintain planning systems and master data
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring demand and supply planning experience, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain or related discipline
- 3–5 years' experience in demand planning, ideally within the FMCG industry
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in diverse environments
- Proficient in English and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, conflict management, and change management skills
