  • Build and maintain placement forecasts for visibility items, identifying risks and opportunities versus financial targets
  • Deliver KPI targets including SKU/DC forecast accuracy and service levels

S&OP Planning

  • Lead monthly S&OP process, defining governance, timelines, and meeting structure in line with global guidelines
  • Convert consensus Demand Plan into a local Supply Plan, defining allocation, stock targets, and constraints
  • Execute globally aligned S&OP processes within local planning operations
  • Ensure timely completion of IBP system requirements each month

Supply Planning & Inventory Management

  • Translate global supply plans into weekly execution plans, considering supply and logistics constraints
  • Manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts while maintaining healthy product ageing; escalate risks with mitigation plans
  • Coordinate inter-DC stock transfers to optimise service levels and cost efficiency
  • Provide rolling 3PL volume forecasts for inbound, storage, and outbound cost planning

Portfolio Management

  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Sales to conduct SKU portfolio reviews and manage complexity/cost optimisation
  • Lead new product launch planning in line with global guidelines
  • Manage SKU transitions and phase-outs within budget constraints
