An industrial organisation seeks a Supply Chain Manager in Taiwan to drive cross-functional collaboration, optimise processes, and deliver operational excellence across international manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities:

As Supply Chain Manager, you will lead global operations, align teams, and optimise supply chain performance.

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, managing cross-functional planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment
  • Coordinate with global plants to balance materials, manage intercompany orders (SOX-compliant), and negotiate supply commitments
  • Optimise distribution networks, inventory (including safety stock), and logistics/3PL operations to meet service levels and prevent stock-outs
  • Develop SOPs, process documentation, and performance metrics; conduct root cause analysis and drive operational excellence
  • Build and lead high-performing teams while driving continuous improvement and transformation initiatives

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring strong supply chain experience, SAP expertise, and proven leadership in driving transformation and operational excellence.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 15+ years’ experience in factory supply planning within fast-paced manufacturing environments
  • Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives across complex, international supply chains
  • Strong leadership and change management capabilities with the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Thrives in rapidly evolving markets, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a proactive mindset
