A fintech group seeks a UX Design Lead in Taiwan to drive design strategy, build scalable design systems, and lead teams in creating data-driven, high-quality user experiences.

Key responsibilities:

As UX Design Lead, you will shape UX strategy, develop scalable design systems, translate user insights into solutions, and mentor teams to deliver impactful, user-centered experiences.

• Design System Leadership: Own and scale large design systems, leading cross-platform (iOS, Android, Web) collaboration with engineering teams to build design components and communication standards that evolve with OS updates and product growth
• Engineering Collaboration & Enablement: Track platform design trends and their impact on development, guiding teams to balance front-end engineering and product design
• Experience Strategy & Data-Driven Design: Translate user research and product data into design decisions, contributing to product strategy while aligning business goals with technical feasibility to support core business growth
• Team Leadership & Talent Development: Mentor designers at different levels, define collaboration structures and career paths, and integrate AI tools into design workflows (e.g., automation and generative research) to enhance team efficiency and creativity

• Extensive experience leading large-scale, cross-platform design systems (iOS, Android, Web) and collaborating with engineering on component standards
• Strong ability to apply industry trends and align design with engineering workflows to enhance user experience
• Skilled in translating user research and data into actionable strategies that meet business and technical goals
• Experienced in product decision-making and supporting business growth through strategic design
• Skilled in mentoring designers, fostering inclusive teams, and integrating AI tools to boost productivity and creativity
