A global fintech company seeks a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) in Taiwan to design gamified, intuitive mobile trading experiences that enhance user engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities:

As Senior Product Designer, you will design intuitive, gamified fintech mobile experiences that enhance user engagement and business growth.

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to design mobile trading experiences enhanced with gamification mechanics
• Design end-to-end user journeys across onboarding, trading, rewards, streaks, achievements, and campaign features to drive retention and engagement
• Create intuitive interaction flows that encourage task completion, campaign participation, and long-term user habits
• Partner closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation aligned with user and business objectives
• Maintain and evolve scalable mobile design systems, components, and interaction patterns across product and promotional features

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring experience designing engaging digital products, strong UI/UX skills, a user-focused portfolio, and excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

• 4–5 years’ UI/UX or product design experience, ideally in mobile gaming, gamified apps, fintech, trading platforms, or crypto-related products
• Proven experience designing gamified mobile features such as streaks, rewards, achievements, daily check-ins, or event mechanics
• Strong understanding of mobile UX principles, interaction design, and scalable design systems to deliver seamless user experiences
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with strong collaboration, communication skills, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Nice to have: knowledge of blockchain/crypto or GameFi, experience in retention/growth design or mobile game systems, and strong visual design skills
