What you'll do:

  • Focus on the analytical and technical aspects of validation processes to ensure rigorous standards are consistently met across all projects.
  • Act as an effective communicator between the validation team and project teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
  • Manage engineering loads and resources efficiently to keep projects aligned with timelines and objectives.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required for this position, ensuring you have foundational knowledge essential for success.
  • At least three years of experience managing engineering or validation projects—preferably within cable systems development—demonstrates your dependability and expertise.
  • Your engineering mindset enables you to perform complex tasks beyond equipment operation, focusing on analytical problem-solving and project support.
  • Excellent communication skills allow you to provide clear status updates and technical feedback to stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Adaptable learning abilities mean you can quickly master new equipment or technologies as they are integrated into laboratory settings.
  • Accountability is central; you take responsibility for your performance and welcome coaching aimed at achieving high-performance benchmarks.
  • Previous experience in liquid cooling validation or reliability testing would be highly advantageous for this role.
  • Familiarity with specialised procedures such as helium testing adds value by broadening your technical skillset.
  • Leadership potential is demonstrated through acting as a technical lead or mentoring junior engineers within previous roles.
