What you'll do:

• Collaborate closely with the internal QA team to ensure all software products consistently meet rigorous quality standards through effective communication and teamwork.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, detailed test cases, and thorough test scripts that validate software functionality against requirements while supporting communal review processes.
• Execute manual testing procedures, carefully identify defects, document issues clearly, and support issue tracking and resolution efforts with empathy and consideration for all stakeholders.
• Train, coach, and mentor internal QA team members to enhance their testing skills and expand their QA knowledge base through nurturing guidance.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts as well as frameworks that foster dependable testing practices across projects.
• Monitor software quality metrics regularly, prepare insightful quality reports, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives that benefit the entire team.
• Work collaboratively with software development teams to ensure testing requirements are understood by all parties and implemented effectively through shared understanding.
• Assist in defining QA strategies that promote communal success, improve testing processes for greater efficiency, and prepare test plans as well as test reports for transparent communication.
• Verify product enhancements, bug fixes, and software releases to ensure all issues have been fully resolved before deployment with careful attention to detail.

What you bring:

• At least five years of proven experience in Software Quality Assurance roles where collaboration was key to success.
• Strong background in creating comprehensive test plans, detailed test cases, and clear documentation that supports communal review.
• Hands-on experience using automated testing tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks within supportive teams.
• Excellent defect tracking abilities paired with considerate reporting skills that facilitate gentle troubleshooting across departments.
• Outstanding communication skills enabling you to connect empathetically with colleagues at all levels while promoting knowledge sharing.
• Passion for learning new technologies coupled with willingness to share insights generously among peers for collective advancement.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and mentor QA team members through nurturing guidance that builds communal capability.

• Preferred: Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments where co-operation drives project success.
• Preferred: Familiarity with web application or mobile application testing within inclusive teams.
