What you'll do:

  • Collaborate closely with the customer support team based in the United States to fully understand user-reported issues and accurately reproduce them for further analysis.
  • Analyse detailed user feedback to identify potential bugs as well as areas where product improvements can be made, ensuring all concerns are addressed thoroughly.
  • Gather essential data from support colleagues to assist engineering teams in debugging complex technical problems efficiently.
  • Support the customer support function by responding thoughtfully to user inquiries related to bugs or technical challenges, providing clear explanations and guidance.
  • Offer actionable solutions or practical workarounds to users experiencing difficulties, always aiming for a positive resolution.
  • Participate actively in debugging new products, ensuring both software applications and hardware components meet rigorous quality standards before release.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of new features and hardware elements, identifying any issues early so they can be resolved prior to launch.

What you bring:

  • At least three years of proven experience performing manual software testing within a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive test plans from scratch, tailored specifically to unique project requirements.
  • Comfort communicating effectively in English with both technical colleagues and non-technical stakeholders across different regions.
  • Experience analysing user feedback to identify root causes of issues and suggest meaningful improvements.
  • Familiarity with gathering data from various sources to assist engineering teams during debugging sessions.
  • A considerate approach when supporting customer service teams in responding to user inquiries about bugs or technical matters.
  • Skill in providing clear instructions or workarounds that help users overcome challenges quickly and easily.
