What you'll do:

* Drive the execution of Java-based insurance billing system projects by coordinating all phases from initial planning through final delivery.

* Manage PRD documentation in Confluence and create flows in Figma, ensuring all project artefacts are accessible and up-to-date for team reference.
* Bridge business, insurance teams, and developers for smooth communication by arranging meetings to clarify technical requirements and system workflows.
* Collaborate closely with Taiwan engineers on system logic and integration tasks, promoting co-operative problem-solving across borders.
* Use Jira for tracking progress, Confluence for PRD management, and Figma for UI/flow documentation while facilitating cross-border team communication.

What you bring:

* Demonstrated experience managing software projects within financial or insurance technology environments where collaboration is key.
* Proven ability to define business processes and translate them into actionable system functions using clear documentation methods.
* Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical developers across different locations.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies including conducting sprint cycle reviews, managing priorities during daily stand-ups, and facilitating inclusive team discussions.
