What you'll do:

* Engage regularly with engineering teams to discuss technical feasibility and optimise application architecture for scalability and maintainability.
* Prepare comprehensive documentation including architecture diagrams, process flows, and proposal materials to support internal understanding and client presentations.
* Drive improvements in existing processes by leveraging insights gained from data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
* Champion best practices in digital transformation by staying informed about emerging trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise technology.

What you bring:

* A minimum of 3–6 years’ experience designing AI applications and use cases within enterprise environments, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
* Hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end AI projects from requirement gathering through production implementation.
* In-depth understanding of Generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow automation patterns, and intelligent agents.
* Proven ability to independently design application architectures while effectively communicating technical concepts with engineering teams.
* Excellent communication skills enabling you to engage constructively with both technical experts and business stakeholders across multiple departments.
* Practical knowledge of how AI can drive improvements in business processes within large organisations.
* Experience working with CRM systems, ERP platforms, workflow management tools or data integration solutions is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide AI adoption initiatives or managing internal digital transformation projects involving advanced analytics or machine learning components.
* Ability to create clear architecture diagrams, process flowcharts, and compelling proposal documents for both internal audiences and external clients.
