【SaaS】Project Manager (Fluent Japanese)

A leading technology organisation in Taipei is seeking a fluent Japanese-speaking SaaS Project Manager to drive end-to-end software implementation for leading e-commerce and retail clients.

You will play a key role in delivering AI-driven MarTech solutions that enable real-time personalisation and scalable membership experiences. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, cross-functional collaboration, and privacy-compliant digital transformation.

Key responsibilities:

You will lead the delivery of end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through post-go-live support while driving customer success and cross-functional alignment.

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders (executives, IT, marketing) to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear timelines and delivery goals
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (engineering, product, marketing) to build and execute project plans, ensuring smooth progress and on-time delivery
  • Lead client meetings, progress reviews, and reporting sessions while proactively managing risks, issues, and change requests
  • Support system integration and testing between SaaS platforms and client systems (e.g., CRM, EC, POS) based on technical architecture requirements
  • Deliver pre-go-live training and on-site support to ensure successful deployment and resolution of operational or integration issues
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous guidance to drive customer success and system adoption
  • Collect client feedback and collaborate with product teams to enhance functionality and drive continuous product improvement
  • Act as a bridge between sales and technical teams by supporting pre-sales discussions, feasibility analysis, solution design, and technical recommendations to strengthen client trust and conversion success

Candidate profile:

You are a collaborative and customer-focused SaaS professional with strong technical understanding and a growth mindset, capable of driving cross-functional delivery in complex environments.

  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to quickly understand client needs and translate them into practical, workable solutions
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities, capable of driving efficient collaboration across IT, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative team player with a strong focus on customer success and continuous improvement
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and service excellence throughout the project lifecycle
  • Strong presentation and proposal skills, able to clearly articulate technical solutions, system integration approaches, and implementation plans
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments involving IT, marketing, and sales within e-commerce, retail, digital transformation, or tech implementation projects
  • Experience in SaaS, MarTech, or B2B solution delivery, including system implementation or process optimisation (preferred)
  • Understanding of APIs and system architecture, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and support pre-sales requirement evaluation in English or Chinese (preferred)
