A premier organisation in the gaming and online platform sector is seeking a proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented Executive Assistant to support leadership in identifying and solving complex business challenges.

This strategic role acts as a core operational bridge, focusing on market research, cross-functional coordination, and issue resolution across key business functions—including product operations, player experience, payments, risk control, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, highly adaptable professional capable of independently driving operational solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Business Problem Solving: Assist leadership in identifying operational challenges across platform products. You will research pressing issues, analyse potential solutions, coordinate with internal teams to resolve urgent operational matters, and ensure consistent follow-up until full resolution
  • Research & Data Analysis: Conduct market, competitor, and industry trend research within the online platform space. You will analyse user behaviour, platform performance, and operational data to identify growth opportunities or mitigate risks, consolidating findings from multiple departments into clear, actionable reports for leadership
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with product, operations, customer support, marketing, payment, and risk teams to facilitate seamless communication and ensure complete alignment on business objectives
  • Strategic & Operational Support: Track project progress, priorities, and issue resolution timelines. You will support management in evaluating and optimising workflows, improving operational processes, and preparing high-level presentations and documentation for executive discussions

Candidate profile:

  • Core Capabilities: Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to work completely independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in project coordination, operational support, or executive assistance. Background in gaming, iGaming, sportsbook, casino, online platforms, or familiarity with CRM, payments, and fraud/risk management is highly preferred
  • Execution & Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organisational, and follow-through abilities. You must be highly adaptable, comfortable handling ambiguous or rapidly changing situations, and capable of managing sensitive business information with strict confidentiality
  • Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred
