A corporate group in Taiwan seeks a Technical Project & Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise and AI platform delivery, coordinating teams and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality execution and risk control.

Key responsibilities:

As Technical Project and Delivery Manager, you will lead delivery of AI, data, and enterprise platforms, coordinating teams, timelines, risks, and architecture to drive digital transformation.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise platforms, including application, AI, and data layers
• Drive initiatives from planning through development, deployment, and adoption
• Define project milestones, deliverables, and execution roadmaps
• Act as a bridge between business, technical teams, and external vendors
• Coordinate with product, operations, and engineering teams to ensure alignment
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report status to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support scalable, reliable platform architecture

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring enterprise IT delivery experience, cross-functional collaboration skills, cloud/DevOps knowledge, and strong problem-solving ability to drive platform and digital transformation.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years’ experience managing large-scale IT or enterprise platform projects
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-level platforms with cross-functional and vendor coordination
• Hands-on experience in DevOps environments and delivery practices
• Experience with private or hybrid cloud environments
• Background in software development or engineering preferred
• Familiar with enterprise stacks and tools (containers, APIs, data systems, Kubernetes, GitHub, Jira/ALM tools)
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for business communication
