What you'll do:

What you bring:

* Possess a master’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering or management along with 5–10 years’ experience managing system integration or R&D projects.
* Demonstrate strong understanding of communication protocols as well as performance analysis techniques for evaluating large-scale distributed architectures.
* Show proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks with hands-on experience independently administering Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools.
* Exhibit capability in big-data extraction methods coupled with technical feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
* Display excellent cross-departmental communication skills with fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English for effective reporting and presentations.
* Familiarity with network equipment architecture or prior experience integrating financial trading systems is highly desirable.
* Experience working with HFT (High-Frequency Trading), FIX protocol or ultra-low-latency trading environments would be advantageous.
* Bring a passion for knowledge-sharing within teams while uplifting collective capabilities through mentorship or training initiatives.
