What you'll do:

* Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven solution projects from initial opportunity discovery through to implementation and ongoing improvement across various business units.
* Collaborate with business unit heads to identify operational pain points, define strategic priorities, set actionable roadmaps, and establish key performance indicators aligned with organisational goals.
* Design practical business solutions by integrating advanced AI tools with deep operational insights to maximise value creation for each business unit.
* Partner with IT/OT teams as well as external vendors to assess technical feasibility, plan robust delivery strategies, and ensure scalability of implemented solutions.
* Coordinate activities across headquarters, manufacturing plants, overseas sites, and multiple functional areas while establishing governance routines for reliable progress tracking.
* Manage relationships with external vendors or consultants to guarantee alignment on project scope, adherence to quality standards, timely delivery, and fulfilment of acceptance criteria.
* Facilitate effective communication among internal stakeholders at all levels—including senior leadership—to ensure shared understanding of objectives and progress.
* Monitor project risks proactively and implement mitigation plans to safeguard timelines and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
* Prepare comprehensive proposals and documentation that clearly articulate solution approaches, expected outcomes, resource requirements, and success metrics.
* Champion continuous improvement by gathering feedback post-implementation and refining processes or solutions based on real-world results.

What you bring:

* At least five years of experience in project or programme management focused on delivering AI-enabled solutions or driving digital transformation initiatives within complex organisations.
* Demonstrated ability in planning and executing business solutions using AI tools or platforms that result in measurable improvements for stakeholders.
* Proven track record of collaborating across multiple business units within a corporate environment to achieve shared objectives and deliver significant outcomes.
* Experience developing internal products or data platforms with a user-centric approach that prioritises value creation for end users.
* Ability to translate diverse business needs into practical AI-driven solutions with clear metrics for success and scalability considerations built-in from the outset.
* Familiarity with leading AI tools or platforms used for solution generation is highly desirable; knowledge of data architecture fundamentals supporting scalable applications is advantageous.
* Experience evaluating vendors or partners for AI-related projects—including assessment of technical capabilities, fit-for-purpose offerings, and long-term support potential—is considered beneficial.
* Exceptional cross-functional communication skills enabling effective engagement with senior leaders (VP/Director level) as well as technical teams across geographies.
* Strong proposal writing abilities coupled with solid project/programme management skills—capable of managing schedules, resources, risks, budgets, and deliverables using standard industry tools.
* Proficiency in spoken and written English sufficient for seamless collaboration within global teams.
