[Listed Company Internal Startup] Platform PM

We are supporting a new startup team formed by a leading gaming group in hiring a Platform Product Manager (PM). This role focuses on UI/UX standardization, platform consistency, and bridging product vision with development delivery. Ideal for someone experienced in designing and launching user-facing platforms within game-like or entertainment environments.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee UI/UX planning and visual consistency across product interfaces

• Collaborate with designers and engineers to implement and deliver product features

• Maintain consistency in user experience across multiple functions/modules

• Conduct user behavior analysis and interface optimization

• Serve as a key communicator among cross-functional teams (design, dev, QA, etc.)

• Lead platform-level product planning and decision-making for long-term growth

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in product planning or system platform design

• Prior exposure to the gaming or entertainment industry is highly preferred

• Strong UI/UX sensibility with the ability to evaluate design effectiveness

• Good communication, cross-team coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Familiar with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Axure, Figma, Photoshop)

• Must provide a portfolio or examples of relevant product contributions
