[Listed Enterprise] Senior Slot Machine Planner

We are supporting a leading gaming company in the search for a Senior Game Planner with proven experience in slot machine and casino-style game development. This role is ideal for someone who understands gameplay mechanics and player psychology within the gambling space, and who is capable of owning end-to-end planning, from feature design to presentation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and contribute to the planning and design of slot machine or casino-style games

• Take ownership of core areas such as gameplay systems, theme packaging, UI/UX flows, or numeric balancing

• Produce clear documentation, pitch decks, and internal presentations to align stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with internal departments and ensure deliverables meet company quality standards

• Share and present past game projects or design work as part of the interview process

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in slot/casino game planning or development

• Expertise in at least one of the following: game mechanics design, theme direction, UX planning, or mathematical modeling

• Strong presentation and communication skills (internal and external reporting experience is preferred)

• Positive, proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively with teams

• Willingness to work on-site in accordance with company policy

• Bonus: International market experience or past work targeting overseas audiences
