What you'll do:

• Manage the full lifecycle of software, Web or APP projects from requirement analysis, planning, execution to delivery.
• Write Product Requirement Documents (PRD) or Business Requirement Documents (BRD), streamline business processes and draw flowcharts.
• Establish project schedules, resource allocation and risk management strategies to ensure the project progresses as planned.
• Serve as a bridge between customers, business teams and development teams, accurately translating requirements to ensure mutual understanding.
• Host requirement interviews, Sprint Planning, Retrospective meetings, coordinate development priorities and resource allocation.
• Resolve cross-departmental conflicts and promote quick problem closure.
• Use Jira proficiently for task tracking, Sprint planning and progress management.
• Utilise Confluence for project documentation to ensure knowledge sedimentation and smooth team collaboration.
• Monitor project KPIs such as delivery punctuality rate, Bug rate, customer satisfaction through data analysis to optimise processes.
• Regularly produce project reports to update stakeholders on progress and risks.

What you bring:

• 4 years or more experience in software, SaaS, Web or APP project management with familiarity in software development process.
• Programming experience is a plus (any language such as Python, JavaScript, Java etc.), able to understand technical logic and communicate efficiently with RD.
• Ability to write PRD/BRD documents, can streamline complex requirements into executable specifications.
• Proficient in using Jira and Confluence, adept at agile development management.
• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills, accustomed to data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, able to withstand high-pressure environments and drive the team to achieve goals.
