【Leading Financial Service】Senior Data Product Manager

* Drive the strategic planning, design, and optimization of our data/AI products * Act as a senior mentor to the product design team (UI/UX designers, product researchers, etc.) * Conduct market research and competitive analysis to build the product roadmap and drive innovation

What You’ll Do

As our Senior Data Product Manager, you will play a key role in defining and optimizing our data/AI products. You will work closely with business analysts, data scientists, data engineers, and business units to ensure the product aligns with market needs and business objectives. You'll also lead market research and competitive analysis, shaping the roadmap to push innovation and product excellence.

• Collaborate across functions with analysts, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders

• Improve product usability and overall user experience

• Work cross-functionally across departments and teams to ensure alignment on development timelines, resource planning, and requirements

• Define and track product KPIs, using data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement

• Plan and execute A/B tests and user research to enhance product performance and conversion rates

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you should have strong leadership and collaboration skills, with prior experience managing or mentoring product design teams. You should understand UI/UX principles deeply and work closely with design partners to ensure optimized experiences. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and data-driven product iteration is essential. Strong communication and influence skills are critical for driving cross-functional decisions.

• Proven leadership and collaboration experience with product design teams

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and hands-on experience working with design teams

• Familiarity with Agile development (e.g., Scrum) and ability to efficiently manage product development

• Excellent data analysis skills and ability to drive decisions through data

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• At least 5 years of product management experience, with a track record of successful product launches
