[High-Salary Tech] Mobile Lead

On behalf of our client—a leading high-traffic live-streaming and interactive digital entertainment platform operator—we are seeking an experienced Mobile Team Lead to guide and scale their core mobile engineering function. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where you will drive the architectural evolution of cross-platform applications while mentoring a talented team of mobile developers.

What you’ll do

• Technical Leadership & Architecture: Define the long-term technical strategy and system architecture for the mobile team. Establish engineering standards, champion clean code practices, drive performance optimization, and evaluate emerging technologies.

• Hands-on Core Development: Actively participate in feature design, core application development, rigorous code reviews, and system profiling. Ensure high stability and maintainability across all client applications.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and foster the growth of the mobile engineering team. Drive a healthy engineering culture focused on continuous learning, operational excellence, and technical ownership.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to assess technical feasibility, scope deliverables, manage project risks, and ensure timely product rollouts.

• Context Switching & Adaptability: Efficiently navigate frequent context switches in a fast-paced environment while keeping the team aligned with strategic business priorities.

What you’ll bring

• Experience & Leadership: 5+ years of hands-on mobile application development experience, including at least 2+ years of technical leadership or engineering management experience.

• Core Technology Stack:

  • Proficient in Flutter cross-platform development along with native iOS or Android platform expertise.

  • Solid domain experience in video/audio processing or real-time streaming technologies.

  • Deep understanding of modern software architecture patterns (Clean Architecture, MVVM, MVI).

  • Mastery of multithreading, asynchronous processing, and mobile database management.

• Problem Solving & Soft Skills: Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills, excellent cross-functional collaboration capabilities, and comfort operating in dynamic environments.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record building high-traffic, large-scale consumer applications or contributing to major open-source projects.

  • Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocols or Flutter for Web.

  • Strong expertise in mobile testing methodologies (Integration Tests, E2E Testing).

  • Hands-on experience configuring or optimizing CI/CD pipelines.

  • Exposure to AI Spec-Driven Development practices.
