What You’ll Do

• Architectural Leadership: Drive the design and evolution of scalable, maintainable architectures for core application features
• Advanced IoT Integration: Optimise performance and reliability for critical technical areas, including video streaming, real-time communication, and BLE integration
• Technical Ownership: Take lead on key technical decisions, ensuring the implementation of modern design patterns and engineering best practices
• Team Mentorship: Elevate the team’s engineering standards through proactive mentoring and rigorous code reviews
• Operational Excellence: Enhance development efficiency by refining CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and DevOps workflows

What You’ll Bring

• Proven Expertise: 5+ years' professional Android development experience with a strong track record of shipping production-level Kotlin applications
• Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience in complex domains such as IoT integration, real-time systems, or video streaming
• Technical Depth: Proficient in asynchronous programming (Kotlin Coroutines, Flow) and deep-level performance optimisation
