What you'll do:

• Independently own Next.js/React feature lifecycles from requirement gathering to release, optimizing server/client boundaries, routing, and caching.
• Collaborate via OpenAPI contracts while writing lightweight Python/FastAPI endpoints and data processing features to bridge frontend and backend.
• Build and rapidly iterate on dashboards and POS systems from scratch based on real-world operational feedback in retail environments.
• Maintain software quality through automated testing with Vitest and Playwright, continuous integration pipelines, and system observability.
• Responsibly use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while auditing code for security, performance, accessibility, and correctness.

What you bring:

• Strong hands-on experience in React and TypeScript, leveraging modern paradigms and state management tools like TanStack Query.
• Enthusiastic drive to expand from frontend expertise into backend and full-stack development using Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous APIs.
• Proven ability to operate independently across all project stages while balancing technical elegance against real commercial priorities.
• Practical experience using AI development tools safely, backed by a strong commitment to code quality, privacy, and maintainability.
• Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, with additional value in Docker, monorepos, cloud systems, or retail technology.
