What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain core product features such as the Infinite Canvas Editor, AI generation toolchain, and real-time collaboration capabilities that empower users to create photorealistic apparel visuals.
• Integrate and optimise multiple AI model services including large language models (LLMs) and image generation models to ensure seamless performance across the platform.
• Build conversational design assistant features using AI Agent architectures that enhance natural-language interactions for users.
• Maintain and extend backend data infrastructure as well as edge computing services to support scalable and reliable operations.
• Contribute actively to growth engineering initiatives aimed at optimising user lifecycle, conversion rates, retention strategies, and overall platform engagement.
• Write comprehensive automated tests including unit tests and end-to-end tests to guarantee deployment quality and maintain backward compatibility with daily releases.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, implement new features, test thoroughly, and deploy into production environments.
• Optimise performance by focusing on bundle size reduction, re-render efficiency improvements, and code-splitting strategies for enhanced user experience.
• Leverage AI-assisted development workflows by utilising coding agents effectively within the engineering process.
• Participate in communal knowledge sharing sessions to foster a supportive culture of learning and continuous improvement.

What you bring:

• You have over 5 years of full-stack web development experience with strong expertise in TypeScript and React ecosystems that enables you to deliver production-quality solutions.
• Your hands-on experience with Next.js (App Router) allows you to build scalable applications efficiently within modern frameworks.
• You are familiar with at least one serverless or edge computing platform such as Vercel, Cloudflare Workers, or AWS Lambda which supports flexible deployment strategies.
• You possess practical skills integrating LLM APIs including prompt engineering techniques, streaming responses management, and tool calling implementations.
• You are capable of independently owning the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, implementation, testing, and production deployment while maintaining high standards for quality.
• Your fluency in Chinese communication combined with the ability to read English technical documentation ensures effective collaboration across diverse teams.
• You demonstrate commitment to production-quality delivery by deploying changes daily while maintaining backward compatibility throughout all releases.
• Your strong attention to performance optimisation includes bundle size management, re-render efficiency enhancements, and code-splitting strategies for improved application responsiveness.
