DevOps Manager

A global organisation seeks a DevOps Manager to enhance stability and capability of global AWS trading and payment platforms, driving resilience, scalability, and operational excellence in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and evolve highly available AWS architecture for global trading and payment platforms, ensuring resilient, low-latency operations
• Lead design of multi-region disaster recovery, fault isolation, traffic management, and self-healing systems to ensure platform stability
• Drive performance optimisation across high-concurrency environments, improving compute, storage, and network efficiency at scale
• Establish end-to-end observability, incident response, and RCA frameworks to enhance system reliability and minimise downtime
• Lead and grow a DevOps/SRE team, driving platform engineering standards, automation, and cross-functional delivery excellence

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience; 8+ years’ DevOps/SRE experience with 3+ years in team leadership
• Strong AWS expertise in high-availability architecture, multi-region deployments, and large-scale performance optimisation
• Experience in high-concurrency, low-latency environments (trading/payment platforms preferred) with on-call operational support
• Hands-on skills in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile/DevOps delivery practices
• Strong observability and incident management skills (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), with cross-functional communication in Mandarin and English
