A prominent and highly stable leader in the digital entertainment and software solutions industry. They are seeking a Data Analyst with a deep passion for problem-solving and statistical modelling to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Statistical Modelling & ML: Develop and implement advanced statistical methodologies and machine learning models to address core business challenges
  • Insight Generation: Analyse large, complex datasets to identify hidden trends, consumer patterns, and specific opportunities for product improvement
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into concrete suggestions for product optimisation
  • Data-Driven Culture: Act as a key consultant for product teams, providing the evidence-based insights necessary to steer product direction and strategy
  • Continuous Optimisation: Monitor model performance and refine analytical frameworks to ensure the highest level of accuracy and business relevance

Candidate profile:

  • Proven Track Record: At least 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, modelling, or a high-level analytical role
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of R (core requirement), with Python proficiency considered a significant advantage
  • Database Mastery: Strong experience with RDBMS and the ability to write complex, efficient SQL queries
  • Mathematical Foundation: Deep knowledge of statistical theory and modern modelling methodologies. A Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or CS is highly preferred
  • Communication Skills: The ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across departments
