They are seeking a Data Analysis Leader to spearhead their data strategy and elevate their analytical capabilities. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will bridge the gap between raw data and executive decision-making, leading a talented team to transform complex datasets into a roadmap for business growth and product excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define the data strategy and analytics roadmap aligned with business and product goals; mentor and grow a high-performing team of analysts
• Data Governance & Integration: Oversee collection and governance across multiple sources to ensure the highest standards of data accuracy, consistency, and security
• Advanced Analytics: Drive initiatives in statistical modelling, forecasting, and experimentation (such as A/B testing) to optimise product performance
• KPI & Framework Design: Partner with Engineering and Product teams to build scalable tracking frameworks and define core KPIs
• Executive Insights: Deliver strategic reports and intuitive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) to senior leadership to support operational efficiency and business growth
• Culture Building: Promote a data-driven culture across the organisation and enhance data literacy among all stakeholders

Candidate profile:

• Professional Foundation: 5+ years' experience in data analysis, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Technical Mastery: Strong expertise in SQL and working with large-scale datasets; proficiency in statistical analysis and analytical frameworks
• Business Acumen: The ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights that drive revenue and user experience
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, CS, Mathematics, or a related field
• Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to present technical concepts clearly to senior executives
• Industry Edge: Experience in the software or internet industry is preferred; familiarity with ML concepts is a significant plus
