What would you do:

Senior backend engineers will play a core role in the fintech field, responsible daily for designing and maintaining microservice architectures, while performing performance analysis and scalability improvements for high-traffic platforms. In daily work, you will assist with platform maintenance and provide backend support to ensure system stability and reliability. Additionally, this position emphasizes cross-departmental collaboration, requiring you to communicate well and work with different teams to drive product optimization. Ensure software quality by writing high-quality code and unit testing, while using modern cloud tools like Kubernetes to enhance system availability. You will also have opportunities to participate in blockchain-related projects, deeply exploring emerging technologies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, continuously growing and contributing value across diverse technical fields

• Responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of microservice architectures to ensure stable system operation and continuous optimization.
• Conduct performance analysis on high-traffic platforms and propose and implement website scalability improvement plans.
• Assist with daily platform maintenance and provide backend technical support to resolve various issues.
• Participate in cross-departmental collaboration, closely communicate with frontend, product, and operations teams to jointly drive product iterations.
• Write high-quality code and conduct unit testing to ensure software quality meets standards.
• Make good use of modern cloud technologies such as Kubernetes for deployment and management to improve system availability and scalability.
• Become familiar with gRPC and relational database operations to optimize data access efficiency.
• Actively learn new technologies, languages, and development processes to continuously improve your skills.
• Participate in blockchain-related projects and explore applications of emerging technologies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
