The Finance and Payment Management team is seeking a backend software engineer to join the core system development and maintenance team. This position will allow you to deeply participate in the flow of funds and accounting processes after payment transactions are completed, ensuring every fund flows accurately to the correct account. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of areas such as store balances, reimbursements, automatic disbursements, clearing and settlement, bank reconciliation, account balance processing, invoices, cross-border currency exchange, and more, assisting finance staff with the backend and scheduling systems used daily. Beyond traditional financial systems, you will also explore practical applications of AI-assisted Engineering, Automation, and AI Agents in payment flow and accounting engineering, from understanding legacy code to anomaly data analysis, and then to testing and daily maintenance, maximizing your expertise on high-value issues. What would you do:

As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the finance and payment management team, not only responsible for core system development but also participating in daily maintenance work. You will conduct detailed analyses based on business requirement documents provided by the PM, transforming complex product requirements into actionable technical solutions. In payment or finance-related systems, you will design and develop processes such as receiving, reconciliation, clearing, and settlement to ensure every fund is accurately allocated to the correct account. Additionally, you will proactively identify issues and propose improvement suggestions, driving implementation within the team to enhance overall quality. At the same time, you will assist finance colleagues with transaction data audits and anomaly checks, as well as provide technical support. You will lead Junior and Mid-level engineers in design discussions and troubleshooting, sharing hands-on experience in AI-assisted development and automation, significantly boosting the team's overall efficiency. In this position, you must adhere to team development guidelines and technical standards, continuously enhancing team capabilities through collaboration and knowledge sharing

• Read and understand the business requirement documents provided by the PM, clarify the background of the requirement, usage scenarios, and acceptance criteria, convert product requirements into APIs, data models, system processes, and backend technical solutions, then further discuss requirement details, exceptions, technical limitations, and implementation trade-offs, evaluate development costs, system impact, and potential risks to ensure final design and delivery meet product and business objectives.
• Responsible for designing and
• developing systems for payment or finance-related systems such as invoicing, reconciliation, clearing, settlement, and accounting, ensuring accurate and compliant cash flows.
• Possess ownership of the systems or modules under your responsibility, proactively identify issues, propose improvement plans, and drive implementation to enhance overall system quality and stability.
• Assist PMs
• and finance staff with daily maintenance and troubleshooting of accounting systems, including transaction data verification, anomaly troubleshooting, discrepancy clarification, and technical support for related system issues.
• Assist junior/
• mid-level engineers with technical guidance, design discussions, and troubleshooting, while sharing practical experiences in AI-assisted development and automation to improve overall team engineering efficiency.
• Follow team development guidelines and technical standards to maintain engineering quality and consistency, and continuously enhance the team's overall technical capabilities through technical sharing and collaboration.

• Over three years of backend system development experience, able to independently complete complex tasks and assist teams in achieving goals.
• Familiar with C# / .NET and practical experience with ASP.NET Core, able to flexibly apply to various fintech scenarios.
• Familiar with relational database operations such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, capable of designing efficient and stable data access architectures.
• Strong experience in API design and governance, able to build secure and easily scalable service interfaces.
• Basic test development experience including Unit Test, Mocking, and common testing frameworks, capable of ensuring code quality.
• Familiar with Git and basic CI/CD development processes, able to effectively manage version control and automate deployment processes.
• Proficient in Linux
