AI Fullstack Engineer

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain both frontend and backend features for an AI-powered LegalTech platform, supporting legal document review and workflow automation.
• Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python or PHP, with a focus on system architecture, performance, and maintainability.
• Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using React, Vue, HTML, and CSS to enhance the experience of legal professionals.
• Integrate LLM/NLP models and AI APIs, including OpenAI, into backend services, document processing, and automated legal workflows.
• Design and implement data processing pipelines, API integrations, and database solutions to support efficient information extraction and management.
• Continuously improve the accuracy, reliability, and regulatory alignment of AI-generated outputs and automated workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Product, AI, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable, user-centric technical solutions.
• Write modular, testable, and maintainable code while supporting Docker, CI/CD, and basic DevOps practices for reliable deployment and continuous improvement.

What you bring:

• Strong proficiency in Python or PHP, with proven experience in backend development and system architecture.
• Hands-on frontend development experience with React, Vue, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with full-stack or backend frameworks such as Laravel, Django, or Flask.
• Solid knowledge of RESTful API development, database design, and data processing.
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI/LLM models or APIs, including OpenAI or other Generative AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A genuine interest in legal technology, legal workflows, or AI-powered automation, with the willingness to learn and apply legal domain knowledge.
