What you'll do:

• Design and develop scalable backend services, AI-powered applications, and developer productivity platforms.
• Build and integrate AI-native workflows using AI coding assistants, agents, and automation tools.
• Develop REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications to support secure and reliable products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices to improve software quality and delivery efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement across systems and workflows.
• Develop and maintain AI infrastructure, including agents, evaluation frameworks, and telemetry services.
• Promote AI adoption across engineering teams and measure its impact on productivity and code quality.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one additional language such as Golang, Java, Node.js, C#, or C/C++.
• Experience building backend systems using microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AI Agents, RAG, LLM applications, or AI infrastructure is highly preferred.
