What would you do:

As a senior software engineer, your daily work will cover a wide range of areas, from technical strategy planning to system architecture design, as well as R&D process optimization and team management. In this role, you will lead the formulation of the company's technology blueprint for the coming years, actively introduce the latest technologies to maintain market competitiveness, and be responsible for budget management and resource allocation to maximize R&D efficiency. Additionally, you will lead the engineering team to build an agile and information-focused culture, continuously optimizing product development processes to improve delivery quality and speed. You also need to work closely with the product department to ensure that technology development always meets business needs and user expectations. In terms of information security, you will establish strict standards and monitor compliance policies to effectively prevent various risks. • Formulate and execute medium- to long-term technology development strategies and roadmaps aligned with the company's business objectives, driving the implementation of the overall technology blueprint.
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies (such as AI, cloud architectures, automation tools) to ensure continuous improvement in the company's technological competitiveness and innovation.
• Responsible for technical budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and optimizing IT/R&D resource allocation to promote effective resource utilization.
• Cultivate an engineering team culture that pursues excellence, is agile, and prioritizes information security, leading the team to achieve goals together.
• Oversee the overall system architecture design to ensure products with high availability, scalability, and security, enhancing user experience.
• Optimize R&D processes (such as CI/CD, DevOps, Code Review) to improve product iteration speed and delivery quality.
• Work closely with the product team to ensure that technology development progress aligns with business and user needs.
• Establish and maintain strict information security standards, data privacy, and cybersecurity compliance policies to safeguard enterprise information security.
• Assess technical risks and propose corresponding solutions to effectively reduce potential threats.

• Over ten years of experience in software engineering or technical development, including at least five years of management experience as a senior technical executive (such as CTO, VP of Engineering, Technical Director).
• Experience in modern system architecture design, including cloud-native technology, microservices, API design, and related skills, as well as comprehensive understanding of mainstream development languages and databases.
• Successfully expanded and led engineering teams of over twenty people in practical operations, demonstrating excellent leadership and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
• Able to translate complex technical problems into business language understandable to senior decision-makers and non-technical partners, demonstrating strong business acumen.
• Familiar with Java / .NET platform programming, experience in Spring Framework / Spring Boot development is a plus.
• Familiar with relational database concepts and operations, such as Oracle, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL; experience with Stored Procedures is a plus.
• Experience developing
• web front-end frameworks (Vue, Angular, or React), as well as experience with containerized platforms like K8S, OCP, GDC, is a plus.
• Familiarity with distributed system design, such as Redis and Kafka, is a plus; Familiar with software development lifecycle management and Git version control mechanisms; experience in CI/CD is a plus.
