What would you do:

As a Senior Java Engineer, you will be deeply involved in full-end development of fintech information systems, including backend programming, database management, and front-end framework applications. Daily work includes software testing, feature optimization, handling cybersecurity issues, and introducing new technologies. At the same time, you need to write detailed technical documentation to promote knowledge sharing within the team. In this role, you will actively participate in CI/CD process optimization, containerization platform deployment, and distributed system design to ensure products have high availability and scalability. Additionally, you will assist supervisors in driving project progress and work closely with cross-departmental partners to achieve business goals and user needs together. • Responsible for programming information systems, including unit test writing and functional testing to ensure software quality and stability.
• Develop and maintain database programs to optimize data access efficiency and ensure data integrity.
• Write system development documentation, clearly recording the design process and technical details to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Perform system maintenance management and feature updates to ensure the platform continues to operate and meets user needs.
• Handle program cybersecurity issues, including vulnerability fixes and implementation of security measures to enhance overall information security levels.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies, such as containerization platforms and distributed systems, to enhance product competitiveness and scalability.
• Participate in software development lifecycle management, familiarize yourself with Git version control mechanisms, and drive CI/CD process optimization to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Assist with system integration planning and software design to ensure architecture is highly available, highly scalable, and secure.
• Respond flexibly to tasks assigned by supervisors and support various technical projects or ad hoc task requirements.

• Familiar with relational database concepts and operations, such as Oracle, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL; experience with Stored Procedures is a plus.
• Experience in web front-end frameworks (Vue, Angular, or React) can help create smooth user interfaces.
• Familiar with containerized platforms (K8S, OCP, GDC), with experience in distributed systems (Redis, Kafka) preferred.
• Understanding software development lifecycle management processes, being familiar with Git version control mechanisms, and having practical experience in CI/CD can improve product iteration speed and quality.
• Experience in Java system integration planning and software design, able to assist with architecture optimization and technical solution development.
